Mohenjo Daro, one of the most important archaeological sites in the world, is a remarkable testament to the genius of the Indus Valley Civilization. Located in the Sindh region of Pakistan, this ancient city reflects the advanced urban planning, architectural splendor and cultural sophistication of a civilization that flourished 4,000 years ago. Despite its historical and cultural importance, Mohenjo Daro is slowly deteriorating due to natural factors and government neglect. It is very worrying that such a place of global importance is being allowed to decay, with minimal efforts being made to restore it. If the current trend of neglect continues, future generations may lose the opportunity to experience this ancient miracle.
