Sir Rod Stewart, the 79-year-old rock legend, is now preparing for his performance in the coveted Legends slot at Glastonbury Festival in 2025.
Stewart’s pal Jules Holland, who also loves trains, shared that he plans to bring some of his model railway to keep busy before his big performance on the Pyramid Stage.
Jowls opened up. Daily Mirror Newspaper and shared: “He can’t bring the whole set because it’s too big.”
“But whenever he’s on tour, he has a station building that he takes with him to a hotel,” he added.
Musician and TV presenter Jules Holland believes Stewart could even create a miniature version of the Glastonbury Festival with his trains.
“He could build his own little railway that goes around Glastonbury – a little ride thing that goes around Healing Fields, around the jazz tent and up to the Pyramid Stage,” he said.
“When I go into my workshop, it’s like entering the gates of heaven for me. It’s just ah… it’s my time. I’d say I average four or five hours a day if I can. Live,” continued Jools-Holland.
