Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are learning that bashing the royal family isn’t a ticket to being in the limelight.
Royal biographer Hugo Vickers says their recent truce is a sensible move, as their ongoing family feuds are increasingly losing focus.
Gone are the days of explosive interviews after ‘Megxit’ in 2020, and it seems the couple have realized their royal talk has “lost mileage.”
Breaking old habits can free them to focus on more “positive” endeavors, Vickers explains.
As he put it. the sun“They realized it wasn’t getting anywhere, because it was causing too much trouble.”
An expert recently weighed in on Harry and Meghan’s ongoing media strategy, suggesting that money is the couple’s biggest motivator.
To keep their wallets full, they may need to stir up controversy and stay firmly in the public eye.
“To make big money, sometimes they have to be a bit controversial, or at least do things that put them in the limelight,” Maher said.
The expert didn’t mince words when discussing the rocky relationship between Harry and King Charles. ”
Harry is the one who needs to be extended an olive branch – he’s the one who’s making things difficult between them,” she said.
However, they also pointed out that mending the royal rift is likely not at the top of the king’s to-do list, and a reunion between the two seems unlikely anytime soon.
