King Charles plans to surprise his grandsons, Prince Archie and Princess Lilybet, despite Prince Harry’s efforts to keep them away from the UK.
For the uninitiated, the Duke of Sussex and his wife Meghan Markle left the royal family in 2020 to live life on their own terms.
Since their infamous exit, the distance between the king and his two grandsons grew.
However, Grant Harrold, a former royal butler, claimed the monarch could speak to younger royals via Zoom call. He added that gifts could also be exchanged between the King and Sussex.
In conversation with Magnificenthe said, “I’m willing to bet there will definitely be something like that. [Zoom] Communication on Christmas Day. There is no question.”
“I’m not talking directly about Harry and Meghan, but I have no doubt that the monarch will want to see their grandchildren on Christmas Day,” he added.
The king will send gifts. I guarantee you something will be sent, and likewise, gifts will be sent to grandparents. [from the Sussexes]. Certainly, without a doubt, there will be communication,” Grant predicted.
It’s important to note that in recent days, Harry has spoken about his family’s concerns in the UK. The Duke flatly rejects the offer to bring Archie and Lilybet back to their homeland.
Now, it seems the king wants to keep Archie and Lilybet away from their grandfather, disrupting Harry’s plans for a possible Christmas reunion.
