Taylor Swift is giving children the gift of Christmas by donating to a Kansas City education center.
The 35-year-old pop superstar showed her generosity by donating $250,000 to Operation Breakthrough, which is also supported by her boyfriend, NFL star Travis Kelce.
The organization thanked X on Saturday, December 21, first by taking to Twitter. The anti-hero hitmaker for his donation in a video to “make our holiday season brighter.”
“Your kindness and thoughtful donation of 250K means the world to our children and families,” he captioned the video.
The cute video begins with a little girl saying, “Thank you, Taylor!” Making a heart with her hands, she then cut to a shot of Lego toys placed on a white piece of paper in the shape of Swift’s face and a child with the words, “Thank you.”
The tribute included other children and teenagers who thanked Swift, including a boy wearing a red Kansas City Chiefs hat who said, “Thank you Taylor, we all love you.” The video ends with a little girl thanking Swift for “making all of our wildest dreams come true.”
Charity is famously a favorite of the Chiefs tight end, and he shared some of his work stats with Operation Breakthrough earlier this month. shared, including the success that he was able to serve 400 students a year thanks to his and others’ donations.
He also said that he opened 10 labs and taught about two dozen industrial skills to students.
It comes after the 14-time Grammy winner arrived at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City to help the athlete on the field when they play against the Houston Texans on Saturday.
