LAHORE: A high-level delegation of Tang International China, led by its president Li Jinsong, visited Toyota Secretariat on Friday.
During the visit, an MoU was signed between Tang International China and Toyota to provide high quality digital content for technical education sector in Pakistan. According to the press release, the MoU was signed by Brigadier (retd) Sajid Khokhar, President of Tang International China and Chairman of Toyota.
Toyota chairman said on the occasion that students are completing their third year in China under the dual diploma program with the support of Tang China. He expressed his desire to expand the program, increase the number of students and extend it to more fields.
Li Jinsong assured that Tangchen will cooperate with Tevta to upgrade the program and provide students with enterprise training as part of their diploma. The delegation also visited the Government Technical Training Institute Gulberg where they were shown Toyota’s first state-of-the-art hospitality lab.
Toyota Chairman requested Tang China to cooperate in setting up similar labs in 50 more institutions to which Lee Jinsong expressed his willingness to cooperate and assured that Tang China will cooperate with Toyota in the hospitality sector. will work.
The delegation also visited the frankincense workshop established with Chinese cooperation and promised to upgrade it according to modern requirements. He also visited the Blue Pottery Display Center and appreciated the products made by the hands of Tevta students. Tang China also expressed willingness to cooperate with Tevta in the field of blue pottery.
