Dwayne Johnson has come up with his own way of dealing with “drowning” problems in real life.
During the conversation with Additionalthe WWE legend candidly shares his optimistic strategies for dealing with “things that aren’t happy.”
“Trying to find happiness around every corner, I guess, even if things are a little ***** or shaky, maybe in real life,” he began.
“So, I’ve had a tendency over the years not to sweep it under the rug but just, I know there’s funky *** going on and I’m dealing with it.”
“But let me try to find a place here where I can be happy or smile or try and be something happy and cheerful.”
“I find myself doing that. It helps me deal with unpleasant things,” says Johnson, who voices the character of Maui. Moanatold the outlet.
Furthermore, The Rock revealed that he shares some similarities with Maui as they are both “proud, loud, big mouths”.
Meanwhile, he reflected on his family at the premiere of Moana 2 in Hawaii, and continued, “My daughters, all three of my daughters, were there. It was the first time we were all together in a public place. It was beautiful.”
“My mother was there, it’s our culture. I grew up here, got into trouble here 15 miles down the road. My grandfather is buried here. My grandfather influenced Mao’s character…all of it. came together,” Jumanji The actor concluded.
