Kansas Monday’s AP Top 25 Men’s College Basketball Poll remained firmly at No. 1. Duke in Las Vegas, while a pair of Magnolia State schools clawed their way back up the rankings.
Ole Miss Returned to the polls at number 23 while Mississippi State Made his season debut at No. 25.
The Jayhawks received 51 of 62 first-place votes from a national panel of media, putting them ahead of the two-time national champions. UConnJoe was second with six first-place votes. Gonzaga was third with two first-place votes, Auburn was next with three, and Iowa State A top five that was unchanged from last week.
There’s a good chance for movement next week, though, with high-profile matchups in holiday tournaments, and Tuesday night’s matchup between the Jayhawks and Duke in a Vegas showdown.
