Breakfast can be surprisingly overwhelming. As tempting as it is to skip meals altogether, I find that I have a lot more energy when I take an extra two minutes to eat. But what should I choose? My favorite snacks are savory dishes filled with filling ingredients, eg Eggs and cheese. Whenever possible, I try to make vegetables more satisfying and flavorful.
The recipes below are all flavored. You’ll find make-ahead options that only require warm-up, as well as recipes that are so quick and easy you can make them ahead of time. Morning coffee.
